Downtown neighbor David Sweeney's eatery, Dynamic Dish was featured in a recent Maria Sapporta AJC article about his location, the site of Atlanta's first LEED certified Platinum building.  This is a really big deal and if that wasn't enough, his food is really good.  Open between 11am to 4pm Monday through Friday you have to be proactive if you have a 9-5 job, but the visit is worth it.  Hours will be expanded in October with evening hours on the horizon.  Featuring organic, slow foods from local growers, David's always got something interesting.

Congratulations to CAP for a successful award of $60M in New Markets Tax Credits.  This is a federally sponsored award, based on development in the same area covered by ADNA and won by only 24% of applicants - a real prize!  For more info read the article!
