Downtown Neighborhood Festival
Wins Award for Best New Event

The Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Festival has won the award for "Best New Event in the State of Georgia" presented by the Georgia Festivals and Events Association.

A jury made up of members from all over the state reviewed the materials and media booklet compiled by the Festival's coordinator, Holly Mull, in early January. Holly will travel to Savannah, GA on February 3rd to receive the award on behalf of the Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association and Festival Committee.

This is a testament to the good work of the members of the Festival steering committee and support of the Atlanta downtown residents. Congratulations to you all!
