ADNA Board Drafts Governace Changes
ADNA President Erich Starrett introduced members to proposed
changes in the governing structure of the Board. The changes
would create a series of Board vice presidencies with specific
leadership functions for the organization in the following
areas: Programs, Membership, Finance, Communications, Community
Affairs, and Special Events. The positions of President and
Secretary would remain, while the positions of Vice President
and Treasurer would be incorporated into the proposed changes.
The ADNA encourages Downtown residents to consider running
for election to the Board this November for service in 2005
and to consider joining a committee in one of the above areas.
