Festival and Tour and see how Downtown lives.
The goal of the Tour is to increase interest in living Downtown and to provide the public with a first-hand look at unique Downtown properties, including lofts, condominiums, apartments and live-in workspaces.
The 2008 Tour will focus on properties in the Fairlie-Poplar
Historic District and Centennial Hill.

Festival
Before and after the tour, be sure to spend time at the Downtown Festival, which features live music, an artist market, children's activities, food and drink – all weekend long Friday night through Sunday.
Location
The Tour takes place in various locations in Downtown Atlanta, with the center of the Festival/Tour, plus ticket sales, in the historic Fairlie-Poplar district. Find out where it is and how to get there, by MARTA, car and bike!
Shuttle Buses
For your convenience, we have a bus shuttle operating in a loop throughout the tour hours, staffed by volunteers who will tell you more about our neighborhood. Details available at the Tour registration desk.
Tour Do's & Don't's
- Do ask homeowners questions about their home and building.
- Do be respectful of people’s homes, personal belongings and pets.
- Do look at the schedule for Tastings (listed with unit or on schedule).
- Do remember that Tour hours end at 6 p.m.
- Do ask homeowner for permission before using a restroom.
- Don't enter any area marked private or which homeowner tells you to stay out of.
