Centennial House

Centennial House is a boutique, brick, low-rise in the heart of Centennial Hill. 1 unit featured.

Centennial Park West

Part of a mixed-use hotel, residence development overlooking Centennial Olympic Park. The complex includes an Embassy Suite Hotel, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, the Park Avenue Deli, Peasant Bistro and other businesses on street level. 1 unit featured - with chef tasting.

Gordon Lofts
Mitchell St.

Located on historic hotel row, this loft is part of the old Gordon Hotel, which used to house laborers working on the railroad. 1 unit featured - with chef tasting.

The Healey Building

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the circa 1913 Healey Building is one of Atlanta’s most significant adaptive reuse projects. In 2001 the 16 story neo-gothic building began to be converted from office space to condominiums. All units boast 10 ft ceiling and 8 ft windows overlooking historic Atlanta or panoramic views. The William Oliver

The historic William Oliver building was built in 1930 by Thomas G. Healey, who first built his namesake two blocks away. Named after Healey's two nephews, the William Oliver is a fine example of Art Deco, as shown in the grand lobby entrance and ceiling as well as majestic elevators.
