On September 6, 2007, the draft City Center master plan was presented to the Alabaster Architectural Review Committee. This presentation included a revised master site plan, the preliminary Alabaster City Center Pattern Book, and a review of zoning considerations. Following the presentation, the Committee discussed the working concepts and directed the consultant team to continue their refinement. The consultant team is now working towards this end, and will notify you via this listserv of future meetings. <BR>
