The Governor's Small Business Center, works with state agencies,

The Atlanta One Stop Capital Shop (AOSCS) is a 501 (c)(3)
business assistance center. Our mission is to leverage public

Atlanta with an emphasis on businesses in the Atlanta Empowerment
Zone (AEZ).
